'Can we hit the entire body in 10 minutes? WE\'RE CERTAINLY GONNA TRY! Grab a light pair of dumbbells (I\'m using 3 pounds in the video!) and let\'s get to work.   We\'ve got some shoulders, core, legs, glutes, biceps, triceps.... yep, we\'ll just pack it in. A little bit of love for everything and we\'ll make it short & sweet. This video is perfect for that crazy day where you just need to do something quick. So throw on your leggings and let\'s get to work!
